Cancellation

If you would like to cancel your order then you have 7 days from the date the products arrive, all cancellations must be received in writing either by email at hello@loveyourlarder.com or by post at Loveyourlarder, Unit 5, North East Business and Innovation Centre, Enterprise Park East, Wearfield, Sunderland, SR5 2TA. We will refund the cost of your order to the card used for payment within 14 days of the cancellation request being made.

Refunds

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order then please call us on 0191 645 0595 or email us at hello@loveyourlarder.com and we will be happy to offer you a refund on the affected items. The refund will be to the card used for payment and will be made within 14 days of the refund request being made.

Delivery

All orders you make through the Loveyourlarder marketplace are sent directly to you by the producer. Delivery time and cost will depend on the item ordered and the season and will be clearly displayed on the product page (Most items take 2-5 days). Most items will be sent by courier and/or will not be able to fit through a letter box so please make sure you choose a delivery address where someone will be in during the day.

Privacy

We promise not to sell your details to anyone (or give them away either!) and we do not store any credit card details that you use for payments.
