Rose petals 'a food of the gods'. We are equally in love with roses in food and our rose petal preserve is just sublime.
Made with handfuls of fresh roses from beautiful gardens nestled under the black mountains, our roses are handpicked for their heady fragrance which is transferred wonderfully into our thick pouring preserve.
Use it on ice cream, in yoghurt, on pancakes or mixed with warm milk for the most comforting milky drink, or with a sparkling British wine for a local take on Bellini. Rose petal preserve is also perfect partner with Rose Al Hanout, rubbed onto mutton, goat, pigeon or pheasant. Quite frankly a sweet food you shouldn't be without.
