Shahi sauce is a great all round sauce, which can be used to cook Indian curry, however it is also great as a marinade for all meats, seafood, vegetables for barbecues or a roast.
Essentially, Shahi sauce origins lie in the Mughlai cuisine of the 16th century.
It's a traditional tomato based North Indian dish.
Shahi sauce is flavoured with warmed rustic spices (our own unique blend), to create this tomato and yoghurt based authentic Indian sauce.
