Lottie Shaw's 'Seriously Good' Caramel Sauce
This Seriously Good Caramel Sauce is a must stock in your kitchen and also makes a perfect gift along with the Seriously Good Yorkshire Parkin. This is the sauce we use on the Pudding however there is enough sauce on the pudding without having to buy this one to go on it.
This sauce is Seriously Good when served simply over vanilla ice cream, alternatively if you whip up fresh cream and stir a little of the Caramel Sauce through it makes a great filling for Brandy Snaps, finish with raspberries and this will provide you with a quick, impressive dessert. I have also used the sauce with fresh cream to finish my sponge cake for an afternoon tea and apparently it works very well with baked bananas! Keep the ideas coming!!
