Lucy’s Dressings, produced in Suffolk is a new collection of homemade luxury dressings. The premium dressings range is currently being showcased in Selfridges Food Hall in London, where Lucy has been sharing her kitchen secrets and conducting a series of tastings as part of the store's celebration of Suffolk produce.

Lucy started her business in March 2010 and is now distributing to delis, farm shops and niche retailers in London, Suffolk, Norfolk and Sussex. 

She developed the recipes for her first range of dressings, after being inspired while tasting locally produced ingredients in her home county of Suffolk.

Lucy’s Zesty Mayo Dressings has recently won its first Guild of Fine Food ‘Great Taste’ gold award. Lucy’s Dressings have been created to give the finishing touch to wonderful salads but to add magic to roasting, marinating and stir-fries.  Full bodied, packed with flavor, very tasty and good for you too!
