Our classic apple and geranium jelly has a florid hint of Turkish Delight and is a peerless addition to marinades for fish and smoked meats. Lavish on a tapas-style spread, complete with Mediterranean pâtés such as taramasalata, or add to fragrant rice. We like it best with ice-cream or sorbet.
