A swiss biscuit is a beautiful and elegant biscuit made from a pale dough with a delicate motif.
They have a noticeable crunch on the outside with a cakey centre, sweet and delicious all the way through.
These biscuits make wonderful wedding favours. They also make very stylish gifts and gorgeous table or even Christmas tree decorations. Upon request we can produce them with a small hole in each biscuit for hanging it up. Please state in the any comments section in the cheque out.
