I have been making Red Rascal sweet chilli sauce for over 10 years.

Desperate to create a unique versatile sauce with “no gloopy” texture..free of anything artificial and full of flavour.

I created the perfectly balanced product and was inundated with orders from family and friends.

In September 2010 my homemade sauce was launched into the retail market stocking national food halls and delis.

We make our sauce at Westfield school in Gosforth and strive to deliver the best flavour we can.

We have gained a strong following in the north east through markets and fairs and have just been nominated for a “made in Britain“ award.

Red Rascal is so versatile its not just an accompaniment but a cooking sauce too..pan fry..stir fry, oven bake.. grill..its an innovative “30 second sauce”.
