My name is Rebecca ‘Scarlett’ and, together with my spotty little Jack Russell Terrier, Monty, we are Scarlett and the Spotty Dog!
 
I have always loved to bake and experiment with new sweet cakes and bakes, giving away mountains of cakes to friends and family because we just couldn’t eat them all in the Spotty Dog household-even with Monty to help! It was time to launch the Scarlett and the Spotty Dog Cakery.
 
Based deep in the lovely Northumberland countryside, we make delicious and often unusual handmade cakes and biscuits in our farmhouse kitchen using locally (including our own free range eggs) and ethically sourced ingredients.
 
We have created a delicious range of cakes and biscuits-some, we hope, will become new classics and some are twists on the old favourites. We hope you enjoy eating them as much as we’ve enjoyed creating them!
