Jerk Marinade - Hot and fruity Jamaican marinade

Classic Jamaican marinade made with lots of scotch bonnet peppers (hot!), aromatic spices and plenty of thyme for a truly authentic taste of the Caribbean.

Leave meat, fish or veggies marinating overnight for best results but just as good with half an hour marinating time.

We love this with chicken, crispy onions and corn on the cob.
